BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
Some appointments may require deposits or upfront payment due to booking demand and allocated service time.

HAIR SYSTEM SERVICES

Kai Hawke Hair Systems supplies, fits and maintains professionally sourced hair systems only.

For quality control, hygiene, liability and service consistency:

we do not install third-party marketplace units
we do not fit systems purchased through platforms such as Temu, Shein, eBay or similar marketplaces

Service outcomes depend on:

proper aftercare
maintenance frequency
lifestyle factors
client compliance with care instructions

REFUNDS & SERVICE POLICY

Due to the customised and hygienic nature of hair systems:

opened, worn, bonded or customised units cannot be refunded or exchanged
normal wear and tear is not considered a product fault

If a bonded system is removed by the client after leaving the studio, an alternative rebonding appointment may be offered at our discretion.

Nothing within these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

WEBSITE USE

You agree not to:

misuse this website
attempt unauthorised access
distribute malicious software
interfere with website functionality
reproduce or distribute website content without permission
